Spiffed up the index.php page a lot (the root page). Now throws a random
screen image up upon visitation and some other neato stuff.
Broke the admin type pages into a /admin folder to alow for HTTP security mechanism.

Now you can update the price for a comic book. It will also properly show
multiple price information for one book. This will allow you to see a history
of the value of your comic.
