  Created real time statistics program. Browser based client, with ASP generating an XML document on the fly at a user-specified time interval, then shipping the XML to the clients browser, formatted with XSL Style Sheet, and displayed. Server side uses a custom written backend application writing data into a MySQL or Pervasive Database. Folio.
  Technologies: IIS Web Server, ASP, XML, XSL, MySQL and Pervasive Databases.
  Developed software package that allows real time observations of agents in a call center environment. A Supervisor has the ability to listen in on any agent in their call center (or in any of multiple call centers throughout the world) in real time to evaluate the performance of their agents. In addition a recording is made and processed into industry standard Real Audio format for later playback.

  Company-wide software tracking program. Initially designed to be a system to handle bug requests on software released, it has since grown into a bug report, feature request, general inquiry and basic HR system. Full set of reports, with multiple historical views of data within the database. All information is stored and can be displayed in a multitude of ways. Implemented with ASP and HTML on IIS 4&5 on Windows NT 4 Server & Windows 2000 accessing a Pervasive Database through a ODBC Connection. Folio.
